Shipping offers
Subscribe & Save orders receive free standard shipping. One-time orders containing any combination of three or more jars also receive free standard shipping. Regular shipping charges are shown at checkout for one- and two-jar one-time orders.
Processing and delivery
Orders are processed as promptly as practical. Delivery estimates shown by a carrier are estimates and may be affected by weather, holidays, address issues, and carrier delays.
Address accuracy
Customers are responsible for providing a complete and deliverable shipping address. Contact us immediately if an address must be corrected; changes cannot be guaranteed after fulfillment begins.
Damaged or incorrect orders
Contact us promptly after delivery with your order information and clear photographs of the package and product. We will review verified damage, shortage, or fulfillment errors and provide an appropriate replacement or resolution.
Returns
Because these are consumable animal products, opened or used products cannot be returned. Unopened, unused products may be considered for return when you contact us within 14 days of delivery. Original shipping charges are not refundable, and return shipping may be the customer’s responsibility unless V3NOM made a fulfillment error.
