Automatic renewal
By selecting Subscribe & Save and completing checkout, you authorize V3NOM Supplements and Stripe to charge your selected payment method every 3 months for the subscription price, applicable tax, and any disclosed charges until you cancel.
Minimum order, savings and shipping
Subscribe & Save requires at least 3 jars per quarterly shipment. Qualifying subscription orders receive 5% off the regular product price and free standard shipping. You may mix and match qualifying V3NOM products in the same 3-or-more-jar subscription order. Prices, taxes, product availability, and program benefits may change. When required, notice will be provided before a material change applies to a future renewal.
Cancellation
You may cancel at any time before the next renewal. Cancellation stops future recurring charges and future subscription shipments. It does not cancel, refund, or reverse the initial order or any renewal that has already been charged or entered fulfillment.
Initial order
The first Subscribe & Save order is a completed purchase once payment is successfully processed. Canceling the subscription after purchase prevents future renewals but does not convert the first order into a non-subscription order or require V3NOM to refund the subscription discount or shipping benefit unless otherwise required by law.
Payment problems
Stripe may retry a failed recurring payment. A subscription may be paused or canceled if payment cannot be completed. You are responsible for keeping payment and shipping information current.
Product availability
If a subscribed product becomes unavailable, we may delay or cancel the affected renewal and notify you. We will not substitute a different product without authorization.
